Q. What conditions is the Back Pain GOODBYE! Program for?
A. If you suffer from back pain, lower back pain, bulging discs or sciatica, this program is developed especially for you. It does not matter whether your pains are chronic or acute, people from 93 countries with both chronic and acute pains tell us it worked. Which makes perfect sense once you understand the principles of the Back Pain GOODBYE! approach.
Q. How long before I see results?
A. Some people get immediate results, others take longer to feel improvement. This is perfectly logical, as we are all different and have different causes of our pains and different things going on in our lives, that either slow down or speed up the healing process. BeatingBackPain has not researched the results of our customers extensively, for more information about average results, please read the disclaimer page.
Q. What if I have further questions and want you to look at my personal situation?
A. We are glad to help, but because we got overwhelmed by the sheer number of personal help requests we had to decide to offer a special service, answering questions about the particular situation of our customers on a paid basis only. If you would like this, please login at your customer account page and order your desired level of personal service.
Q. I have ordered and have not received a confirmation email?
A. Our systems have been designed to automatically send you a confirmation email to the address you gave us when you placed your order. If you did not receive the confirmation, there are two possible reasons we currently know of: one - your ISP blocked our emails inadvertently (in that case please whitelist emails from our website) or two - and this happes far more often, you made a small typo during the filling in of your email when you ordered. (in that case, please send an email to: customerservice at beatingbackpain.com with your order number and your correct email address and we will quickly help you out).
Q. My password for the customer area does not work?
A. Until now we have always seen that when customers emailed us about this and we checked, it turned out that the username and password definitely worked, but the customer just made a very small typo. In the confirmation email you will find your password and your username. Please use copy and paste from that email to get into the customer area. So please try again, but this time use copy and paste from the email. And ofcourse if it still does not work, ask for help.
Q. I have a great story to tell, where do I send it?

Q.How long should I do the special exercises?
A. Once again difficult to say, some people have been on our program for a couple of months and found that their back had improved so much, they stopped doing it alltogether, some to find their troubles returned, others to find their troubles stayed away. Some people make adjustments to their lives that involve taking up more sports again, and some find they can stop doing our program alltogether because their backs had become very stable again and the sports helped keep their backs in shape.
